Caprylic acid question

Sorry for asking so many questions. I do the google search on this site but can't find answers at times.

How much caprylic acid should I take daily to help prevent candida? I alternate with coconut oil capsules. I also take A.D.P. (Oil of oregano) caps 2x daily. Coconut oil is also used throughout the day. My llmd doc also recommends taking 60 billion acidophilus daily.

I am planning on adding antibiotics (sigh) next week so I am really concerned about protecting my gut.

Any other suggestions?

Sorry - I can't answer your question about how much Caprylic acid to take.

I suggest you take more than the one type of probiotic.

Maybe get some Kefir as well.

I like to take a few different probiotics each day.

Girlie, I also take 100 billion of therbiotics comlete daily and if needed S Boulardi.

Hi Patty!

Monolarian is a good product for the gut ..

Also, maybe consider taking a leaky gut powder. They sooth and protect .

Purrriankitty, what does monolaurin do for the gut and what powder do you use for a leaky gut?
