Anyone have anything herbal they can recommend that helped them to stop the vibrating/twitching? I feel like my skin is constantly moving. Thanks!

I used Gou-Teng for my twitching. It is Uncaria rhynchophylla and is what Buhner recommends.
I got my tincture of Gou-Teng from Hawaii Pharm online.
I went low and slow in taking it, just like I always recommend.

It's most likely caused by Bartonella. Treat that and it should go away. But as you get more aggressive in treatment and Bart dies off, you will get an increase in muscle twitching (mine lasted months).

Nothing helped mine - except treatment and time.

Buhner has quite a few suggestions in his book "Healing Lyme" 2nd edition, page 229
