Hi Blondie!
Welcome to our community! I'm so glad you joined our community.
If you haven't yet, it would be helpful for you to start with reading through the thread at the top of the forum titled,"New to Lyme?...Start here!!", as it is packed full of important information, symptom lists, helpful links and pdf's, how to detox when one has these infections, information on probiotics and much more. And, here's another good place to find helpful detoxing routines:

You read right - you will need at least 6 - 8 weeks of 400 - 600 mgs of Doxy daily.
When you are healed, you will no longer have symptoms, as the goal is to treat until resolution of symptoms plus 2 months. You may or may not need combination abx treatments, as it does seem that the infection may be systemic now.
Try eating just before you take the Doxy. Many people find that doing that makes the Doxy much more tolerable.
I get the impression that you are not in the US, so can I ask where you are located? We may have some LLMD's listed in your area anyway that we can send you referrals for.
Are you detoxing? Detoxing is a pretty big part of our healing usually - although some people don't need to detox as much as others. In the link above, there are two good resources for finding detoxing routines. Feel free to ask all the questions you need to about
detoxing or anything else!
Yes, these infections can have an effect on the menstrual cycle for many women.
Yes, the bull's eye rash alone is enough to confirm diagnosis of Lyme, as nothing else creates that symptom. The other symptoms you have confirm it even further.
And, even if you don't get rid of all the bacteria, if you will do some reading on this site, you will see that you can have a healthy baby after treating these infection -
