I have the same problem my feet and legs turned red, purple, and blue depending on the day. Here are two things that has greatly improved the situation for me. My feet now only turn red if I slack off doing one of these two things.
1. Boluke: if I stop taking this regularly my feet will return to turning red. think it helps clean the blood.
2. Soleus muscle exercise: this is one of the calf muscles, it pumps the blood down to the feet and back to the heart. try this exercise - sitting in a chair with your toes remaining on the floor simple raise your knee enough that your heel raises off the floor then back down (heel raise and drop motion) this is the soles muscle being used and its a blood pumper. Over time you can add a light weight on your knee while performing this exercise to strengthen this muscle. This is one of the few ways to exercise the soleus. For me this muscle had wasted completely away, and certainly contributed to poor blood circulation in feet and legs.
