Hello, I recently got a slightly outdated doctor list and didn't get very far with it and ilads may have gotten confused as to where I'm requesting... Does anyone have a doctor they recommend for early lyme? I've been on doxy for a week and today I woke up and can't move my head because my neck is so stiff.

Are you detoxing well? That's a common sign of a herx.

I'm drinking lemon water and doing an epsom salt lavender bath every day. Looks like I need to do more
