Burning throat and chest?

So the symptoms I've been having the last few days of feeling fluish are not the actual flu. I haven't gotten any worse, but I haven't gotten any better.

I have constant burning in my throat, chest, ears, and eyes, lymph nodes under my arms are sore, and I keep alternating between feeling feverish and very cold, and overall just crummy. In all honesty, I used to feel like this every couple of weeks for years prior to diagnosis and treatment, mostly if I worked too much and got run-down.

Any thoughts on if this is lyme or bart?

I keep putting off calling my LLMD until I'm absolutely sure I need to.

Could be Bart. I have those symptoms. Dry brushing, detoxing, drinking lots of water, maybe even a few months of turmeric can help. I also use a herbal liquid called L-Drain for my lymph drainage. It's helped a lot. You can find it online. You can also try doing a lymph massage on your face and neck - there are videos on YouTube how to do it.
