stubborn symptoms

Im now 10 months into treatment and overall improved, but still two stubborn symptoms that won't quit (others too but these are the worst):

1. Brain Fog/Drunk feeling
2/ Joint/muscle tension

Do these symptoms ever go away for people? It is so discouraging. It's like all I can do when brain fog is bad is sleep. Also, once I heard someone say that symptoms seem to disappear in reverse order, so the first symptoms will linger longest. Do others?believe this to be true?

I don't know if it's true.

I have/had close to 40 symptoms (some came on after treatment started)

I am down to less than 10 that I have constantly now (a few more that come and go...or are very mild that I don't count them)

One of them is my first symptom...and my worst symptom. I wonder if it takes longer to go away because it's been there the longest so maybe it's deeply embedded?

Brainzap - do you have still have one of your first symptoms still...but others' have resolved?

You are blessed to have 10 months treatment and only 2 left!!!

Just stay the course and hopefully they will go away.

I know it is frustrating and you do wonder, but mine did go away.

10 months is kind of amazing. What kind of protocol are you doing?

Things to try for joint pain:
*Epsom baths
*Detoxing regularly - my joint pain comes on worst when I'm not detoxing
*Drink lots of water
*CBD balm for pain

Brain fog might clear up when you detox as well.

Brain fog can also be from babesia, mold, or Candida overgrowth. Do you suspect any of those?

Joint/muscle tension can be a lot of things, too, including bartonella, Candida, mold, mycoplasma, etc.

Those are just a few of the suspects other than Lyme that come to mind.

Have you done any brain detox like Jernigans antti tox II CNS/PNS or Burbur and Pinella.

We ca get a build up of ammonia in the brain and that might be something to look in to.

There should be older posts on the subject if you would like to do a search.
