Hey guys...soooo sorry for the tmi but i noticed mucous In the toilet after I went!!! I'm freaking out about it. What is this?? Is something bad happening??

So that's what it is. I have had these strange stools for months, but haven't figured out what these things in my stool are. Thanks.

Isn't it candida? I have had it a few times. Its a good sign I think better out than in.
When I did a bowel cleanse at one stage I got very crampy and mucoid plaque and candida came out.

Hmmm interesting. I do have slight Candida. I also started talking activated charcoal. Maybe things are starting to finally work? I have no stomach aches or anything. Ah the mysteries

No worries. The charcoal is doing its thing - it's all good. Keep it up! Make sure you're drinking lots of water.
