Topical Glutathione cream

Has anyone had success with topical glutathione cream to reduce brain fog? Is it safe? If so, how do you apply it. Or are there better ways to get glutathione?

Awaiting arrival of advanced spray glutathione. I think this is to be sprayed in throat rather than topical but feel free to ask me in one month via email if you wish.

The Aurora Lipo Glutathione oral helped a lot when I felt liver tox from too many meds.

There is a BS transdermal sticker from Lifeway or something that sounds like that which contains no Glutathione but is supposed to raise levels. It is an MLM scam sold from person to person.
