Infusio or the St. George Clinic ?

I am exploring my options and looking ahead. I have already undergone a year of treatment here at home but have had limited success. So I am considering other options out there. Does any one know which clinic is better and has had more success stories. I know that the treatment approaches may be very different as Infusio does stem cell/ natural remedies and St George is more hyperthermic and natural remedies. I know that there may be no cure but I sure want to at least chase it into remission/ dormancy. I wan to kill off as much of these bacteria as I can. Any thoughts , opinions, Preferences? Which is better, if they are. Not sure If I can financially do either but would like to try.
