The nurse at LLMD said HERX. However, I had these kind of headaches prior to treatment.
Good grief. Sometimes, I think I lose my mind, if I hear the word "Herx" one more time!

I'm sorry for the pain you're experiencing. As a person who has endured migraines for 30+ years, I have a lot of empathy. I used to be bed-ridden with them for days and given narcotics. These days, thankfully, they're infrequent, less painful, and usually managed with over-the-counter medications.
There could be many causes for headaches, so I'm not sure what might be causing yours. I would suggest first mentioning it to your Doctor. Your Doctor will probably ask some questions about
your headaches - triggers (if known),
location, frequency, intensity, effects, precursors, etc.
It might be helpful to keep a headache journal for a while and track not only your headaches (including the parameters I mentioned), but the date, day of week, time, diet, amount of sleep, major life events, stress levels, etc. That may seem a bit tedious, but, if you do so, you might discover some associations yourself. If not, it may help your Doctor.
You could push for an MRI, but I wouldn't get myself overly worked-up and assume something terrible. Again, there can be so many triggers for headaches. A major one is STRESS. So, just keep that in mind, as you go through this journey. This comes from a person who has done it to himself many times over many years.

I do hope you're able to find the cause of your headaches. More importantly, I hope you're able to find some relief from them.
