Hi Hoagie,
I am so sorry you are suffering through this. I now it has to be very difficult to face this situation. You and your llmd just need to figure this out and soon.
If the treatment is causing this intense reaction to escalate I would call your llmd and definitely discuss backing off the treatment and getting your body and nerves/brain function at a more stable place.
Back on 10/3 you posted that you were getting numbness and starting to have issues walking did the numbness go away or has it migrated anywhere else?
Like Girlie and Rikki said you need to lower the toxins and maybe the treatment.
The killing of these infections can be very hard on the body.
Hoagie, I would also ask your llmd about other illness besides the three B's, it could be something else causing this. There are other co infections I would want to be sure.
This site describes many of them.

Just trying to help, hang in there, there has to be an answer or solution to get this better.
Take care, Jo
The numbness has actually subsided within the past few days. But the walking has continued to decline since before treatment even.
I have a couple of theories...
I tested negative for Bartonella, but I am positive I have it. And I contracted it 5 years ago through a cat bite. I believe that is my major issue. I am going to call my Dr tomorrow and have him prescribe me Rifampin. I am currently on Mino, Zith, and Flagyl. Don't think I'm really hitting that bart.
Also, I have some dental issues that need attention. I had an infected tooth pulled last Monday. That may be causing some issues. I am seeing a biological dentist tomorrow to look at my fillings and a root canal I had done just before I started noticing my walking issues/
I think my body has been overrun at this point. Between the 5 years of undiagnosed bart, the 14 months of Lyme, and the tooth infections, my immune system has been overrun. I'm just freaked out because my most concerning symptom is getting worse. Hopefully with the proper treatment and getting the tooth infections under control, things will turn around.... HOPEFULLY.
