I'm so sorry you are feeling bad. You are not alone. I've been incredibly nauseated as well. The only thing that helps me in those moments is fresh air or a fan blowing on me, seltzer water, and saltine crackers. And usually once I can get a few crackers in, the nausea starts to subside.
Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, I am staying away from all grain. I'll look for something else I can snack on.
