Hold off on abx until over cold?

It depends -

With a new or recent infection you might want to start on the abx if your Lyme & Co (depending on what you're treating w/ abx) to keep the infections from gaining over a weakened or distracted immune system, since it's already fighting the cold.

Or if you have been on abx for awhile - keep taking them.

But if you've never tried the abx before, just starting out treating Lyme & Co that you've probably had for awhile, I think you might hold off until you're over your cold for the most part.

Keep detoxing, LOTS of water and rest, good nutrition and get some immune support while you're fighting the cold.

C is good. GI health is critical - I'd go extra clean w/ extra nutritional support (70% of our immune system is within our GI), low demand (no processed foods, no sugars, easy on grains and dairy, etc.)
