I did take ativan so what can i take to help i have pinella not much help....

I take Neuro antitox by Dr Jernigans, I think Yucca is also supposed to help. Let's see what some of the other members think!

There is activated charcoal, zeolite/bennonite clay, Alka seltzer Gold for when you are having a bad herx.

Also keep up your regular detoxing methods.

scooter if the herx is too bad you may be on too much medication and its causing greater bug die off than you can handle. try all the detox methods but if nothing helps much you might want to think about backing off on the dose a bit until you feel better.

Thankyou all i did take some alka seltzer gold but it did not help i do have some activated charcoal coming on tuesday hopefully it helps...
