Nose blocked...diet help?

This seems to be a new challenge.
I already have very dry nose from sicca symptoms
Now it's blocked
Are there alot of these affects with Bartonella I wonder?
Does antibiotic like Doxycycline help after five months?.
I was already immunocompromised so think this is very rapid
Hoping for the magic bullet!
Anyone using the AIP diet had any success reducing the burning feet or other symptoms?

I have had sinus issues for years and was recently swabbed and it turns out I have Marcons in my sinuses. I've seen other people have also has this as well. Marcons is a staph infection. My LLMD had me do colloidal silver sinus spray once a day in each side. It didn't get rid of it, but we swabbed again and I'm back on the silver. She explained it's very difficult to treat. You might want to look into Marcons.

same problems here with the nasal passages.

putting essential oils in my nose helped a lot. I use thieves oil (yoiung living), very powerful. also brush my teethc with it.

but recently i used my rife machine with DNA specific frequencies to treat mold, staph aureus (ie MARCONS), and mycoplasma ph in my throat and nasal passges. My nasal passages are now totally 100% clear for the first time in my adult life. amazing.

Ozone can be very helpful for sinus-easy also
