I've used the forum with different devises and IP addresses, makes no difference.

I have a signature line for my posts and comments, but its existence is sporadic. It will even disappear when previously seen on a post - without me doing anything at all LOL.

Is this a common occurrence with any others here?

There is an on/off administrative control for the salutations/signatures. They create extra demand on the servers - more info to churn.

They're turned off during maintenance or high-volume periods.
