Zingers

I did have zingers, I guess. I called them lightening bolts. They were hard, sharp pains that were as quick as lightening. They would make me stop in my tracks and freeze. I thought they were strokes.

lightning bolt sensations can also be from mold. I believe it is just another manifestation of nerve-related issue. So could be from various things. I used to get a electrical/lightning sensation that would shoot up the left side of neck down my body. I noticed it would happen mostly if I was nervous - like in social situations and if I turned my head to the left I would get it. They would make me jump - very quick shock. I think it can be a bit similar to the MS sign called - l'hermitte's sign (though that happens when you bend neck down and it runs down the spine). I don't seem to get it as much now - probably been a good 3 or so months since my last one.

It almost sounds like dh sensations are more like tingling? Which again, goes along with so many of these infections.

For nerves I take Lion's mane.

As far as infections I do have positive lyme, bart, myco and potential mold.
