Babesia and so anxious and depressed

Why can’t I believe this is from babesia. My doctor says it is and I feel so much blame that I can’t make myself well. That I’m not facing something I need to face yet I don’t know what that is. I go to Therapy and try but today I don’t even want to get out of bed. I am I just crazy?

Lyme wears you out physically and emotionally. Sometimes you need a "you" day. Just a day to baby you. Do what feels best for you all day long. One day I slept all day long. LOL! It felt good.
