I like your username. Esp. when I have the munchies. I will do that. Does anyone else know what the contraindications are for taking lots of choline if you have Bartonella?

Pizza was one of the first foods that I ate after getting lyme that made me sick. I was so sad ........ I don't know if it was the cheese, sauce, or just the carbs.

Ice cream made me sick too.

I am healed and now can eat both.... in moderation.
