Over the last several years, I've been battling a host of symptoms. Many of which I blamed on my Hashimoto's. However, I know I was bit by something 2 summers ago as I took a picture of it. When compared to images online, it didn't really look like a tick bite/rash. However, I've dealt with all kinds of strange problems/syptoms the last several years...many of them neurological. My MRI showed some white areas on my brain; the report said one of the possibilities was Lyme. My doctor ordered testing, and the results are as follows:
Lyme Serum-Positive
Anaplasma, IgG-Positive
Western Blot, S
IgG Immunoblot-negative
IgG Bands-p41
IgM-Negative for bands and immunoblot
What are your thoughts. I am being referred to an Infectious Disease Dr.
Thanks!
