I'm going to start using chlorella powder on in my smoothies. Can anyone vouche for this algea?

It is in my Green Vibrance that I drink. I have not taken it all alone.

I bought it because I was having a mercury amalgam replaced last year.

I used it as a detox.
It was in tablet form.

I got the powder but it is a crazy mess! Ended up putting it in capsules to concentrate the mess to just one day of filling capsules. It tastes like... algae. So I’d recommend caps over powder

I just recently purchased a bottle of this.


can I take it with my other herbs and supplements or does it need to be taken away from everything else?

Also, I do have amalgam fillings unfortunately and cannot afford to do anything about them now. I'm assuming it's safe to take with these?

Chlorella doesn’t interfere with abx and supps so I’m guessing it’s the same for herbs, hopefully someone else can confirm that.

I have read not to take chlorella until all amalgams have been removed because it can pull from the remaining amalgams and redistribute to other areas in your body - and brain,

I did take it though - after removing only one of my amalgams. (A piece had chipped off and it was compromised.)

I just read that Dr. K. recommends taking it only in *high* not *lower* doses. But now I can't find where he said this (it was on BetterHealthGuy). He basically said though that lower doses mobilize metals without clearing them out of body, whereas high doses will both mobilize and clear it.

I have taken it before, but feel cautious about this and other items I've read saying it could potentially mobilize without clearing things. It might help to add cilantro tincture with it if you're worried about heavy metals circulating around though.

Thanks Girlie. I didn't know that. I have a lot of them and also had a piece of one that I swallowed over the summer. I know it must have effected me somehow although I was already in bad shape by then. Had an integrative doc test for metals but blood test only so I think that was pretty useless. Guess I bought the bottle for nothing. Ugh.

Thanks. That's interesting. After what Girlie just mentioned though I probably wouldn't want to take the chance.

If I am worried about metals would cilantro alone be a good chelater? I really wish I could get these things out of my mouth now.
