I have just recieved some japanese knotweed tincture from a UK supplier not sure if i can mention them here?
I have a few questions im sure some of you knowledgeable folk will be able to answer.
What dosage should I start on? And then build up to? Are all tinctures the same strength?
Im new to the herbal side of things and normally i would be very sceptical of anything herbal, but as you all know this disease is a game changer and im willing to do anything i can to heal.
Minocycline has helped massively but I wanted to add the herbal protocol, starting one at a time.
Thanks in advance

No, not all tinctures are the same strength. They will be graded with ratios like 1:1, 1:5, etc.
I would start with a single drop and wait a day or two before increasing. Japanese knotweed is very strong. And we couldn't use it. There are alternatives. Buhner advises to build up to a dose you tolerate and everyone has a difference tolerance. He recommends dosing till you experience a "side effect" then going back to the previous dose.

Agree with cakegirl - one drop only...if okay then continue with it...and slowly increase it - and add in a second and third daily dose.
