How many times do you rotate abx in a year?

I’m not sure if there’s abx resistance - maybe if only one antibiotic is taken there could be?

I think this is one reason why LLMD’s prescribe a minimum of two abx to be taken together.

Also there’s the thought that Lyme and co’s are slower replicating (compared to other bacteria ) which also minimizes the threat of resistance developing.
