Nausea/new symptom

I have been getting a feeling of nausea on and off throughout the day. I never had this before. I do have a hiatal hernia and acid reflux but I never suffered with chronic nausea. I had a sonogram of the upper abdomen. All the organs are fine.

Anybody have this issue?

I have had the reflux off and on - we’ll its actually phlegm I get in my throat but I read it can be from reflux.

Have you tried d-limonene for the reflux?

I have been using the d limonene. I don't think it's doing much for me. Also acv. Nothing seems to work. The gastro dr wants me to take a prescription ppi but I don't want to yet.

You could try Zantac before a ppi.

I don't think the side effects are as bad.
