Worst headache of my life...

So we went to a safari park today, started great but by midday I had the worst headache I have ever experienced, this morning when I was taking my herbs I counted out jk, 25 drops, cats claw 25 drops, and then moved onto dan Shen. Now I ran out of this fro about a week and prior to that had got up to about 5 drops 3 times a day.

I accidentally counted out 20 drops and then realised it was the dan Shen. Didn’t want to waste it so just gulped it down.

Would this have something to do with this headache? I ended up having to take some painkillers. I thought you don’t herx on bart though? It is for bart right?

Danshen is for cytokine remodulation. It's not for killing bart. Some people are sensitive to it.

As for bart not causing herxes, that's a matter of interpretation IMO. Research indicates it doesn't have endotoxins like the other bacteria, but most people I've heard, including myself, can have awful increases in bart symptoms when treating bart that we call herxes.

Thank you walkingbyfaith, you know sometimes I don’t even know why I’m taking what i am, there’s so much to keep track of.

I will lower the dose again from tomorrow, giving my evening herbs a miss today, just feel exhausted after today’s headache, will start fresh again tomorrow.
