Hi Alexandros - welcome! I'm sorry you have developed the emotional 'numbness'.
Well, two things:
1) you stopped the antibiotics before you were in remission. This allowed the infection to continue growing.
2) You took a cyst buster (GSE) and it released a barrage of spirochetes into your bloodstream - without something to take care of those spirochetes.
Were you seeing a LLMD? And why was the decision made to stop treatment when you still had sleep issues, memory, concentration, hormonal symptoms?
Looks like you only treated lyme - as doxy and zithro aren't sufficient if you have bartonella and Babesia.
Unfortunately lyme rarely (if ever) travels alone.
If you don't have a LLMD, or you do, but he/she won't look into the coinfections and/or treating biofilms and cysts WHILE you're also treating the spirochetes...then we can help you find a different one.
Hello and thank for your answer.
I read that you have to take a lot of antibiotics combinations and that the long of each courses is about
6 months. So i did, i just wanted to do a break for one month, take some supplements and start with a different kind of antibiotics such as augmentin and rifampin along with zithro, which i am doing it. In the meantime i did some exams and i was found very low on folic acid, b12, d3 and homocysteine. I found that it could be related with gene mutations such as mthfr and low homocysteine with cbs mutation. So before taking heavy antibiotics like rifampin i want to to do the proper detoxing for ammonia.
While i agree that gse could break cyst and the released spirochetes cause symptoms, i read that gse is toxic and inhibits p450 enzymes. So i want to make sure that this is lyme itself.
Could you send me an e-mail with llmds in europe?
Thank you in advance
