20 months treatment, iittle progress

I've had lyme for 11 years, started treatment July 2016.

I am going to a certain Belgian Dr who prescribed;

pulsing anti biotics
pulsing banderol/samento/cumanda
quercumin
lactoferrin
sub q Immunoglobulin
b12 im
zeolite

I am taking a bunch of other stuff and have in the past.


still no progress though. any long term lymies have same wait time/ lack of results?

when you say "pulsing antibiotics" what does that exactly mean ? there are at least a dozen antibiotic types and tons of protocols / combinations of them that may help or not.

if i would have stayed one year on a treatment and see no progress i would have seriously considered changing the LLMD.

if the guy only gives u... say amoxicillin 1.5gr , you can take this protocol for 20 years and you will till be sick because it does not penetrate the brain barrier, does not address persisters nor coinfections, and even for lyme it is anyway a low dose.... but the protocol may fool you to believe "you are on antibiotics"... this is just an example, so it matters a lot what protocols are u on and how good your LLMD is ...

Which infections do you have?

Which ones have been treated?

What are your symptoms?

Have you responded at all to any of the treatments with symptom improvement or worsening (herxing)?

When you dont have results you have to consider that bacteria may not be the root of your problem as magoo suggested. I treated Bartonella and had no success.

I had some success on the other bacterial issues but at the source the origin of my ailments were fungal (yeast / mold). The fungus made insects want to bite me. This lead to the bacterial and parasitical infections as there is a complex relationship amongst them all.

I am glad I treated for everything but at the end of the day if I fail to treat for the root of my issue which is recurring mold exposure which led to all of the other issues then I would not continue to improve.

Inspect your HVAC system it may be a source of mold. It doesnt matter if you live in Arizona, I have seen it decimate peoples health there also and it is indistinguishable from Lyme.

Hi I have been treating since Sept 2016 and still having to treat but I am much, much better off than before. Candida is holding me back a bit from the previous ABX I treated with.

Would you mind listing the symptoms your having and if you have had any improvement since 2016.

Others are correct in saying that sometimes something else holds us back from getting well.
Mold, yeast/candida, gene mutations,teeth issues other viruses , underlying co infections etc.
