Herbs to treat head pressure and dizziness

I've tried burber pinella, Japanese knotweed and antihistamines

Has anyone had any luck with certain herbs that I can buy at the store to help these symptoms?

Head pressure
Dizziness
headache

For head pressure the Sida acuta tincture helped me.

Always check for side effects and contradictions as I am not a medical professional.

I recently bought Jernigan’s Neuro-Antitox CNS/PNS- took it for a few days and didn’t notice anything - but have not taken it lately - I really should take it regularly for a couple weeks .

I’ve been having some good days lately but I’m pretty sure it’s not from that.
I bought it after reading that it works well.

All I can think of is artemesia anuua. It might help with the head pressure, although when I take it sometimes my headache migrates from my head to my face.

the Art could cause a herx - if the head pressure is from Babesia.
