Relapse

Great to see some of the same names here.

It has been a very long time since I've posted here. I've had an extremely stressful past ten months or so and with this came letting go of my protocol, letting sugar back into my life, gluten, dropped supplements. I had a brother die from cancer in December and I intervened to get him off of a "curative" plan for something non-curable. One of my best friends died from brain cancer in December another sister battling breast cancer, another sibling in a psychiatric facility that was experiencing all sorts of horrible stuff (she asked for support and advocacy).

Doing what I can given the very limited $ I have.

Added Cats Claw, then Japanese Knotweed, beginning the process of dietary adjustment and detox routines.

So, lesson learned, if one does have a "probable" lyme scenario, and one gets back to a 90% reduction in symptoms, if challenges come your way, it may be a HUGE step backwards health wise.

Symptoms - to help me get out of denial and begin to pay attention - the first step in getting things back in order.

migrating headaches
sleep issues
pain flares
jaw pain
ear aches
eye pain
GI tract issues
stomach pain
gerd
aphasia
at times feels like my head is swollen
neck pain
hip pain
fatigue - overwhelming need to lie down
body temperature, lowered again

In other dimensions, life is good, really good. Growing, learning.

Time to go back to the beginning. I remember somebody here asking the illness, what do you have to teach me?

Oey... grieving and health issue... thank goodness that I live somewhere where I can get into mother nature on weekends.

Oh crap! So sorry for what you've been going through, multifacetedme!

That is a lot of emotional turmoil.


You've got a plan....and you will kick it's arse once again!!!

Maybe this time....stay on the herbals longer? (You mentioned 90% - how long at 90% did you stay on the herbs?)
