I have taken zeolite before without really noticing anything at all. I was a lot more moderate in the dosage as I was taking other detox agents. This is a good thing with detox they all have their different strengths and weaknesses. It pays to mix it up - footbaths, saunas, herbs.....
Zeolite has been a bit controversial in the past, not always free of contamination, not always effective and of good quality.
But what drew my attention to your question was the extreme reaction you had. I have had those symptoms when I am detoxing too fast and stirring up too much.
If you are trying to move heavy metals you can try chlorella and coriander, as an alternative for a while. They are cheaper and overall very effective plus they both support your health in other ways. Try the zeolite again a bit later. I doubt you can be allergic to it if it is pure it is just a mineral, that is if the product is pure enough.
Slow and steady wins the race.
thank for your helpful answer. i was taking zeolite just to lower the ammonia as i strongly believe i have cbs mutation. what confused me now, is that after that day my brain fog have really been lowered.
Yes, for now i will leave zeolite and try substitutes
