Hello all, i am going to add some Milk Thistle to my regimen for liver support. I wanted to ask if its OK to take milk thistle with probiotics.
i wanted to separate it out from my antibiotics, and it would be convenient to take with it my probiotics, usually two hours after antibiotics. wasn't sure if its OK.
also, i am taking Jarrow brand, that only comes in 150mg capsules. from reading most people seem to take around 900mg per day. i was going to start out with just 2x150mg, twice a day to see how it goes.
thank you

I don't see a reason to separate them.
We have way too much 'stuff' to take to separate it all..right?

If there's a need to separate them, please tell about
it. I'm not aware.

I think most can..
Not any binders of course...and not antibiotics.
I wouldn't take any antimicrobial herbs with them.
