Day 1, My Jernigan Treatment
When you need to go, immediately go to the bathroom.
Don't drink liquids during a meal. Drink either before or after the meal.
1. After waking, brush teeth, wash face (brush with "Baking Soda"), and take
Molybdenum, 2 tablets
2. Before any food or drink (at least 10 minutes), take Neuro-Antitox II
2 droppers "under the tongue"
*3. 15 minutes later, take Lymogen
4 drops only (go slow to test on the 1st dose)*, "in 4 oz distilled water"
swish, swallow
4. Eat Breakfast
1 glass water before
1 cup water after
1/2 grapefruit, 1 Tbsp Flax seed oil, 1/4 cup dry oatmeal (cooked 15 min with extra water and 1 medjool date), add 1 small apple (uncooked) to oatmeal
5. Take 1 Kelp tablet (not part of Jernigan's Treatment)
Kelp is extraordinarily rich in alkaline buffering nutrients such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. It is also a phenomenal source of chlorophyll to boost blood cell formation and purify the body
6. Eat a Snack
1 carrot
1 cup herbal tea
*7. Wait 15 minutes after you eat the snack, begin Dose 2:
2 Molybdenum tablets "take with distilled water"
Wait 10 minutes
2 droppers NA II, "under the tongue"
Wait 15 minutes
1 dropper Lymogen, "in 4 oz distilled water"
8. Eat Lunch
1 large glass water before eating
Salad (lettuces and a little raw carrot); add lightly cooked vegetables (1 small yukon gold potato, asparagus, carrot, small grape tomatoes); top with 1/2 lemon squeezed, 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, and 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 cup herbal tea after eating
9. run errands, go to the store, pick up anything needed for tomorrow (bananas, carrots,
3% hydrogen peroxide)
10. Dose 3, last dose of the day
2 Molybdenum tablets
Wait 10 minutes
2 droppers NA II, "under the tongue"
Wait 15 minutes
2 droppers Lymogen, "in 4 oz distilled water"
11. Eat a Snack
1/2 avocado and 6 slices cucumber with a squeeze of lemon, if you like
1 cup Detox Tea (Dr. Jernigan's), after eating
12. Go for a walk at the park
13. Eat Supper
1 glass of water before
Lightly cooked vegetables in water (sliced sweet potato, chopped zucchini, grape tomatoes; cook 10 minutes and crack 1 egg on top and cover for 3 minutes or until done); top with 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, salt, pepper (I added the egg; it's not in Rau diet.)
1 cup herbal tea after eating
Begin doing the things listed in Step 2.
14. Coffee Enema (2 times this week)
(I'll need to read this again; it all leaked out)
15. Dry Skin Brush body for about
5 minutes, don't damage your skin, daily
(forgot to do this)
16. Epsom Salt and hydrogen peroxide Bath at bedtime, for next 7 days
(This is really nice and relaxing.)
