Yes I did 2 courses of itraconazole (11 days, 30 days) and separately Fluconazole (18 months). I also did Terbinifine twice for 14 days.

Several symptoms which are attributed to Bartonella cleared. If something else aided this I included it in parenthesis. I also used Doxycycline for some of the time I was on Fluconazole and it aided it.

Confusion/ Brain Fog (Nascent Iodine)
3 day headaches
Eyes/Vision: increased floaters, foreign object feeling
Tinnitus
Pelvic pain
Twitching of the face or other muscles
hair loss
some shock sensations

The following symtpms attributed to Bartonella only cleared from the addition of the medicine in parenthesis:

Testicular pain (L-Lysine)
Chest pain (Clarithromycin)
Tingling (stays at bay with Fluconazole or Carnicom Protocol)

Has not improved or is worse:
Fatigue
Eyes/Vision: Degrading Eye sight
Pain in calf and leg muscles

There is still occasional itching from fungal infection ongoing as mold is throught my system. For this I am doing RI ozone, ozone water, and Cholestyramine.

I will be adding ear insulflations of ozone to try to assist the mold out of brain and nearby areas. The back of my throat glows under UV light and I believe this is mold from brain draining into tonsil wall area.

It is highly likely that it could very well be. It amazes me how closely symptoms match mold sickness especially the calf and leg pains which sound identical. Cant seem to get rid of these, but will likely attempt ozone bagging them. Seems a long shot but cant hurt to try.

As far as I can tell the worms are gone. These are my current remaining symptoms as copied from my health notes:

SKIN ITCH
SKIN 'SAND' (neck, shoulders, front and back near lungs, upper GI)
FATIGUE
EXCESSIVE THIRST
EXCVESSIVE URINATION
SORENESS IN LEGS
Intermittent GI TENDERNESS
MINOR TESTICULAR IRR (CYST - clearing with continued use of Lysine)
INFLAMMATION
Loss of sight L eye (and now R eye)
UV light throat glow, soles of feet, fingertips, scalp/hair
BUMP on rear third of inner R forearm
Swollen Veins
nasal discharge (green boogers)
Excessive GAS (may be Kratom fermentation internally)
sometimes spleen area tender may be GI misread.
Back of tongue gray (used to be black at one time)

Some symptoms like inflammation are directly related to ongoing mold exposure and some others may be caused as any dimorphic mold works its way to yeast.

There used to be some fiber protrusions visible only with UV light, although my UV flashlight broke so I havent been able to check for them recently.

I hit this condition with antifungal, anthelmintics, and antibiotics before I ever saw fibers in the visible light spectrum which is why I take issue with Savely defining the condition by the visible fibers. You can have Morgellons well before the manifestation of fibers in the visible light spectrum, you just need a UV flashlight to know.

As long as there is nothing in the visible light spectrum I am not too concerned with it. I will eventually get another UV flashlight.
