Cholestyramine is the gold standard. It is a prescription drug. It is very potent. I couldn't tolerate it for that reason. It made all my symptoms unbearably worse.

Welchol is considered 2nd best but only 25% as effective. My mother took that one. It is also a prescription drug. My mom took that for a month. I could tell it helped. Her mind got better, her hands stopped shaking, and her nervousness was reduced. She did have side effects with it. It made her feel more tired and lacking energy. She had some headaches, and she had 5 or 6 nosebleeds, which she had never had before. Months later, she started taking it again. She hasn't had nosebleeds this time.

I am on Day 8 of Cholestyramine which is compared to MCP

I had a lot of gains on MCP but I dont notice much on the Cholestyramine so maybe MCP did the trick

Welchol is compared to Chitosan which I am also using in conjunction with Glucomannan

The rain started pouring out and soon after all of the HEPA filters lit up indicating the air as dirty. I am very curious as to why this would happen.
