Buchner resveratrol dose

I have paradise resveratrol 20:1 that says it’s 100 mg. But then on the bottle it says it’s the equivalent of 2000 mg whole root. Burner protocol says to take 1-4 (500 mg) tablets 3-4 times per day as maximum dose. So which do I go by, the 100 mg or the 2000 mg whole root? I’ve only been taking 1 pill twice a day for a few weeks.

so I looked at a bottle of the GD JK that Buhner recommends (one of his recommended sources)

And it says on ingredient list:
One capsule contains:

Japanese Knotweed root - 500 mg.
(Polygonum cuspidatum) - wildharvested - NE United States

Other ingredients: cellulose (vegetarian capsules)


So, it's the whole herb root you're supposed to take. 500 mg of it...not just the resveratrol from the herb.

Well i guess...but you should be taking the herb root, not just the resveratrol from the Japanese knotweed.

I have been using new herb Knotweed and houytannia. I worked up to 1 tsp x 3 of both.

No ,powder. NUHERB looks like it has the root in it. See it mixed in or what looks to be roots. Are tinactures better? When I run out of houtannia I plan to purchase tinactures.

What source is the best to get the root in capsules?
