I was doing spring cleaning and found a considerable amount of black mold underneath and a leak. I immdaly put a cheap 3m mask on and bleach, borax, and encapsulation paint with a killer.
Super panicking right now.

I understand ... been sleeping on the couch for weeks after realizing I had black mold on the master bathroom. (In the process of washing everything in the bedroom.) Great that you took care of it so quickly. How are you feeling? I'm feeling better out of that room.

Look up dr shoemaker remediation protocol. You can look at this as a possible good thing because once you tend to this, you may feel better because you removed an inflammation pathway
