Hi,

I need help finding a LLMD. I have the symptoms and need to be tested. I know testing is not easy so I need to find a good doctor. I wanted to buy the igenex myself but I think i need a doctor's order right?

You can get the kit, but yes, you have to have a doctor sign off on it. Doctor Steven H in Foster City is good. Dr. Ray S in San Fran is good too.

Hi marsan, welcome to our community!

You can order the test kit from Igenex and ask any dr to sign the lab req if you don’t want to wait until the LLMD appt.
Any dr - including a ND or chiropractor can sign.

The Lyme WB IgM and IgG costs $250

If you have the results for your initial consult - then you may be able to start treatment right away.

marsan18 - With a doctor signed Igenex requisition form you can go directly to Igenex for the blood draw and forgo the additional wait time associated with ordering, receiving, and returning the test kit. The requisition form can be downloaded from the Igenex website.
