what "natural" cyst and biofilm dosages are effective?

What in particular are you going to use for cysts?

I take 2 tsp xylitol and 500 mg lactoferrin for biofilms 7 days per month

Do they work? I've never heard of those. I was just thinking about the ones I'm aware of: Nattikonase, Serrapeptase, Lumbrokinase. I'm really trying to see if I could accomplish the same effect as that nasty antibiotic ......


On another note: are proteolytic enzymes even worthwhile? I thought they would have biofilm busting value due to the enzymes.

I’m not sure if they work - not sure how anyone would know if they are actually dissolving biofilms.
I am on a full protocol of abx along with cyst busters and the biofilm treatment.

A couple years ago the serrapeptase, lumbrokinase.. etc were popular but not sure anymore .

I do take Flagyl for cysts - but only 2 days per month. Are you taking Tinidazole two days per week?
Maybe you could take it every two weeks instead.

But cyst busters are different than biofilm dissolvers.

So what are the abx and natural cyst busters vs those for biofilm? Regarding the proteolytic enzymes are those effective against cysts? They have pineapple extract, serrapeptase and a few other good ones in there.

I'm going to see if I can take the Tinidazole maybe every 2 weeks as opposed to 2 days each week, that's a great suggestion - it just wrecks 3 or 4 days of my week, but at the same time I want this infection GONE.

This might be TMI for all reading, but I've noticed major amounts of what appears to be biofilm like mucous exiting my body in direct correlation to taking the Tinidazole (it reminds me of how you know when you're ovulating because it comes when I wipe after going pee), have you noticed this when you take your dissolvers? I noticed "the mucous" 5 years ago when in treatment and taking the same meds but didn't make the coorelation that large blobs of biofilm are effectively being broken up from the meds and leaving my body - so when its been happening I have been hitting the oregano oil and minocycline hard. Its my theory anyway....
