As per Buhner, has anyone actually added in 3 TBSP of cordyceps in addition to all the other powders in a juice?? I’m having a very difficult time getting down the 10 or so powders as is and then when I added in 3 TBSP of cordyceps (which more than doubled the powder volume) it just pushed me over the top. I had to stop the entire protocol for a few days due to nausea and trying to drink a mixture of so much powder.
Cordyceps got a lot of high recommendation in the books so I really wanted to try it. But now I can't even look at it or I want to throw up.

Try JK Plus tincture from Woodland Essence it may cost less blended than the cost of all the separate powders you're mixing yourself.

Try mixing the Cordyceps in either warm or cold water and drink it like a mushroom soup apart from the other herbs.

I use the cordyceps tincture and no issues with it. Maybe it would be easier for you than the powdered form.

My daughter takes cordyceps capsules which I imagine are much easier to tolerate...

A jar with a lid helps. Shake it with water.
I have experimented with many of the medicinal Mushroom types including, reishi, lions mane, and cordyceps. I add it with my herbs.

I LOVED cordyceps. I put it in my smoothies - when I had the energy to make smoothies. They also come in pill form. So helpful with air hunger.
