Is this from a medicine? (Redness on face)

Today I took a few things I don't normally take -- diflucan, GSE, lactoferrin, xylitol. My face is red, especially my nose and a line around my mouth -- it looks like I've been crying. The line around my mouth is a little itchy. On closer examination, all the redness seems to be made of small bumps (not hives) and I have a couple on my hands too. Anyone ever had a reaction like that? Any guesses as to which one it might be? Going to call the pharmacist too.

I would think it is diflucan as well. Maybe the GSE? But that is def an allergic reaction so I would try and take diflucan one day and then GSE another day to figure out which it is.
