Small black spots on leg

The past week I’ve found two small dark spots on my leg. They’re about freckle sized, but darker and with a rough texture to them. They don’t hurt or feel weird, but one did start bleeding a tiny bit after I picked at it (which I probably shouldn’t have done). They look like tiny scabs, or something. As far as I can tell they haven’t really changed since I noticed them. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I’m fair skinned and my doctor has told me to get any suspicious lesions checked for skin cancer, and that has me worried. I don’t think its cancer, it doesn’t really look like the pictures online, but I don’t really know what it could be.

Could these be from Lyme or a side effect of one of the antibiotics I’m on? I’m on Minocycline, Cefdinir, and Azithromycin. I know mino can cause hyperpigmemtation but that shouldn’t change the skin texture. I’ve heard some antibiotics can cause vasculitits but I don’t know if that’s what this could be. Either way, I’m hoping I can get in to see my primary care provider ASAP to get them checked out.

I’m going to tell my LLMD at our appointment Friday, but I’m 99% sure he’s just going to tell me to see a dermatologist. I did get an appointment with my GP for tomorrow though. At the very least he should be able to tell me whether it looks like melanoma or not.
