What's the best parasite cleanse?

I've tried quite a few over the years (including humaworm and the parasite protocol by Dr. H as well as a few others, ) and haven't gotten the results I'd like. (I don't want to get to graphic here, but I had accidentally released a rather large intestinal parasite a few years back while I was using a rife machine so I know it's an issue for me.)


I'm thinking about trying the one from Dr. Jernigan. Does anyone else have any other suggestions??

I'd like to find the best ones and take them together if possible!!

I had used Parastroy 4 to 5 years back. If I recall it was a two part program. Worth a look.

I have used the Dr Hulda Clarke blend - black walnut hull, wormwood and cloves.
Most worms will go following the basic protocol. It didn't get rid of liver flukes that easily . To see the end of them I took it for a year 10 days on at full strength and then 5 days off. I didn't try anything else as I had a whole lot of allergies at the time. Stay away from shellfish and canned fish. Shellfish like prawns carry liver flukes and canned fish can give you Anisakiasis - they don't cook them enough.
You can also get parasites from salads in my experience.
What I am trying to say is that there may not be anything wrong with the remedies you are taking - some worms are just hard to get rid of and it pays to be aware of how clean the foods are you eat on a regular basis.
If it is cooked properly its OK, if it is raw peel it and if you cant dont touch it.
I have a maintenance protocol of diatomacious earth and I do 3 monthly parasite cleanse. I test regularly with a bioresonance practitioner the parasite show up on his tests and he can give me the names. So with that I can trace back how I got the infection. Building up stomach acid is supposed to help but so far it is not enough for me. Maybe it is too much to expect when you are hitting 60.

I don't know that there's a parasite cleanse that's "Best" for everyone.

You'll just have to do some research and decide which one to try. If one doesn't work, try another.

I just did another round of dr hulda Clark’s parasite cleanse.
Black walnut, wormwood, clove.

James Gilliland of cseti recommends the same but higher dosage.

I’m doing up to a tsp of powder clove 3x per day.
noticing huge changes, very beneficial.

I made a nasal infusion with water; 10% salt, 10% apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of clove. And it drained my sinus cavity of some longstanding pressure.
