New-Cdc tick born disease guidelines and information on coinfections

Apparently these guidelines just came out recently from the CDC.
I came across this while listening to Dr Bill Rawls on a podcast

This is a tiny step in the right direction. At least they are acknowledging the fact that there are coinfections from ticks. Before if I said babesia to my primary care doc she looked at me like I had three heads.

I also like the maps.. shows that this stuff is REAL and affecting more than just the east coast.

Treatment guidelines look to me like they are saying one of the 3 not the combo. I could be wrong though.
