You don't HAVE to do Bactrim he will find you something else to take. It seems there are a few staple abx they need but for the most part its about being persistent with whatever you're taking.
Oh another interesting tidbit. He said those LLMD's still prescribing Mepron and Zithromax alone for Babesia are behind the times as that combo isn't all that effective anymore. You must include this with a more comprehensive protocol.
So maybe Zithromax plus Mepron and Ceftin or mino work?
I think I’ll wait until my appt in August to discuss this.
I think the mino/Ceftin for both weeks should be fine - I’ve got one more full cycle til I go to the clinic -
I am hoping to switch to bart abx - which will still need two abx besides the Rifabutin.
What does your wife take - Ceftin and bactrim ?
