Referral for LLMD in Destin, Ft. Walton, Florida

Can I please get a recommendation for a LLMD in the Destin, Ft. Walton, Florida area?

I was bitten in 2004, three ticks, three bullseye rash areas, given wrong antibiotic (Z-Pac for a week). No active symptoms until two years later while under extreme stress. Lucked into proper treatment by a LLNP in 2006 dx by her husband and a SCIO along with her clinical knowledge. Tested positive on every test. Doxy 600 mg daily for six months, colloidal silver, multiple supplements, workouts, good diet. Even took meds given to horses for Lyme.

Basically fully recovered until I overdo it and/or get overheated. Very heat intolerant while living in Florida. Also, recently married after 18 years single. It seems my Lyme is adjusting as well, knee pain, all over muscle aches, stiffness, fatigue, increased need for sleep, emotional, neuralgia.

Very disappointed in medical community back in 2006. Hopefully, things have changed. Was told by a doctor in 2006, "I've never seen someone with numbers this high. You should be sicker than you are."
LOL, that's when I said no more doctors!!!!
