Hey guys

So I've been using esther c for my vitamin c.

I was wondering what everyone else uses? I was thinking of switching to a powder so i can flavor my water.and also reduce another pill I take....

I have used different brands and forms, mostly ascorbic acid powder.

NOW crystals - 1st one I used & really liked

C-Salt - Buhner recommended; this has other minerals added; I did not like taste or feel

Bulk Supplements ascorbic acid powder - most cost effective; similar in taste and experience to the NOW crystals

LivOn brand Lypo-spheric Vit C - one I'm using now based on magoo2's recommendation; started this when I had amalgams removed 2 weeks ago; I can't tell it does anything; will probably go back to Bulk Supplements

I take plain old vitamin C as part of my vitamin supplements. I've had no issues absorbing it.

As for flavoring my water, I find plain water refreshing and tasteful by itself to where I actually crave it. This is coming from a guy who used to drink 5-6 Coca Colas a day before the infection.
