My sinus cavities can easily get stuffed up. I have been doing much better since eliminating mucus building and inflammatory foods; no gluten, wheat, sugar, grains, dairy.
Mold is an instant irritant and can exacerbate many issues.
I have been sniffing a few drops of nasal infusion that has alleviated many symptoms.
In a two ounce dropper bottle I mix 5% salt, 5% apple cider vinegar for a base recipie. Additionally you can add a cap or two of oil of oregano or colloidal silver, or olive leaf.
