Nasal cavity/sinus burning and pain

The popping was structual ..chiro and fluids and glucosamine helped after treatment of course ...

For the nasal stuff i used ozone insufflation and salt rinses but the most effective was a silver mix , mostly acs add 8 drops of gse ,then1/4 tsp of xylatol and the coup de grae was 1 drop of thieves essential oil . Mix spray daily repeat

I did do a little b.e. g. spray with itraconazole in it ....meh

Xlear nasal spray or saline sprays,or neti-pots may help.

I'm assuming you don't have mold exposure or MARCONS. Those could cause symptoms, but it sounds more like bart to me.

I also suspect bartonella for this. I tested positive for borrelia, babesia and EBV, negative for chlamydia, mycoplasma pneum and CMV, but I still didn't test for bartonella. My l.l.naturopath explained to me that A L Complex by Byron White targets bartonella as well, but as I've been using it for over 4 months now, I see that some of my symptoms are really getting worse, all of which link to bart - headaches, dry blood shot eyes, bladder issues, I also had swollen lymph nodes, nerve problems etc. I have been in contact with cats all my life. I have very recently tested for babesia, and added A-Bab.
After I test for bartonella (or even before that) I am intending to start A Bart (has anyone tried it?)

I read that it's possible to add grapefruit seed extract to neti-pot, and that it's effective especially for fungal sinusitis. It could maybe work for bart as well, but I am also afraid of a potential herx, still I'm going to give it a try.

I am not exposed to mold, but never tested for marcons - thank you for mentioning that, this is my first time hearing about it.
Popping does sound like structural damage.
Could someone please be kind enough to elaborate on the abbreviations bluelyme mentioned, I am totally unfamiliar with the terms. Thank you!

BEG spray used to be used for MARCONS. Now, Shoemaker is using a spray with EDTA and colloidal silver. Here's an article about it:

nebulizer + essential oils has really really helped my sinus, nose, and ear problems.

get a nebulizer, fill chamber with some water and add antifungal essential oils like oregano, thyme, and clove. But not too much! just a few drops is enough. REALLY helps clear out the lungs, the throat, the nose, etc

I did a lot of research on which oils do what and what I foudn is that oregano oil really is the king of antifungal, anti microbial oils. You need enough to be affective but too much can burn and be unpleasant.
