Anyone heard of this or do this?

Apparently, it's about as good as iv. I read about people doing it on a CIRS & mold fb group. They get glutathione capsules, open them up, mix them with a saline solution, and nebulize. I'm going to look more into this.

i would definitely not get the capsules, as they contain fillers. You can easily buy pure glutathione powder in bulk on amazon, thats what i would use

I have the powder and a nebulizer. Why would you need to add the saline solution though? why not just glutathione powder plus water?

so in that study they used both plain water and saline solution, both worked. So you can use just water and glutathione.

i had compounded for a bit , was a little ruff on my smokers lungs and weak diaphragm, the nebulizer and it was way more cost effective than iv but not nearly as effective ...is 100 mg shots taste sulphery...i was doing 2000mg in ivs ...good for herxy times...
